N02Who we are

One contract.
Construction and millwork.

DKT Contractors LLC is an MBE-certified general contractor and architectural millwork fabricator serving public agencies and institutional clients across New York and, increasingly, New Jersey.

Founded in 2014, DKT pairs general construction with in-house 5-axis CNC millwork for true single-source delivery, reducing coordination risk and controlling schedule and cost.

We are scaling from a word-of-mouth business toward a $20M, systems-driven public-sector contractor by 2029.

N07Problem / opportunities

Too many hands
on one project.

Public agencies and institutions face fragmented coordination across multiple trades, schedule delays, and inconsistent execution quality.

What the cohort
changed in how we run.

Formal financial reporting and SMART goal-setting

Disciplined reporting and measurable goals support bonding readiness and lender conversations.

A documented growth plan tied to milestones

A three-year plan with dated milestones (Yonkers facility, bonding capacity, revenue targets) replaces informal goals.

Strategic frameworks sharpen positioning

These tools clarified DKT’s public-sector strategy.
